L’Hermitage St Pierre

In a former Roman priory, five beautiful bedrooms are ready to welcome you. Most of them have a simply splendid view over the valley and the river. You can hear the stream gently brawling.  You will wake up in a king-size bed while the bell of the 10th century chapel is ringing. 

A free WIFI connection is available from your terrace and 4G signal is now optimal with all operators.

Breakfasts are served in our dining room in front of a huge fireplace or on the terrace of your bedroom. The opportunity to taste among other things … delicious country bread, homemade jams, fresh fruits and eggs from our hens and our guinea fowls.

In summer, you can relax on the terraces by the swimming pool or cool off in the limpid waters of the Dourbie, a few steps from your room.

In mid-season, our outdoor jacuzzi will allow you to enjoy hydro-massages in a hot bath, out of sight, while admiring the foothills of the Larzac.

Located in the Regional Natural Park of the Grands Causses, the Hermitage Saint Pierre is the ideal starting point for many excursions. And on site, you can trout fishing : L’Hermitage St Pierre offers its guests a 600-metre-long First Category fly fishing course in the Dourbie. (no-kill). You can also have a nice walk on our 22 hectares and meet our donkeys, Jade and Monie, as well as our Hampshire sheep and their lambs.
